Welcome to Double Up

This is a 6 week program that incorporates more than one of the Phase 2 workouts at any given time.

This program takes the workouts to a whole new level and intensity. So if you are wanting to push yourself that little bit further to achieve even greater results then try the Double Up program and show it who’s boss.
