FHIT is for anyone who wants to get fit and healthy. Our focus is on helping you feel happier about your health and wellbeing by building core strength, flexibility and boosting energy. It’s great for people who are time-poor, want to lose some weight, improve strength and fitness or for people who are already quite active but are looking for something fresh to add to their fitness regime.

Absolutely. The beauty of FHIT is that there are two different workout programs, Phase 1 (low intensity) and Phase 2 (high intensity). This allows you to choose a program that suits your fitness level. You will become fitter, faster and stronger in no time.

When you sign up, you’ll be invited to join our private supportive Facebook community. You’ll not only be a member for the duration of the programs, but for life! My team is also on hand to answer any other questions you may have. Just shoot us an email.

Give yourself a big pat on the back – you’re awesome! We’re guessing you are going to be feeling fantastic so why don’t you continue with your subscription to enjoy continued access to the workouts, or you could repeat either of the programs again and get even more physical and psychological benefits. We will also be launching new programs soon, so keep an eye out.

All payments are recurring weekly, 6 weekly or 12 weekly depending on the payment option you have chosen. This means your payments are ongoing and will continue until cancelled by you. Payments can be cancelled anytime through your membership profile.
