FHIT is for anyone who wants to get fit and healthy. Our focus is on helping you feel happier about your health and wellbeing by building core strength, flexibility and boosting energy. It’s great for people who are time-poor, want to lose some weight, improve strength and fitness or for people who are already quite active but are looking for something fresh to add to their fitness regime.
Absolutely. The beauty of FHIT is that there are currently three different workout programs.
- Foundations – 15min low impact
- Phase 1 – 15min low intensity
- Phase 2 – 15min high intensity
- Phase 3 – 30-45min extreme intensity
This allows you to choose a program that suits your fitness level. You can always access the workout library and do any workout you please at anytime.
