This membership has everything that FHIT by Lauren Hannaford has to offer and is designed to help you become the fittest, strongest you.
Here you will find an extensive 12 week program which incorporates both Phase 1 and Phase 2. Both Programs are based around four 15 minute workout videos – Cardio, Resistance, Abs and Mobility.
You start with Phase 1 which are lower impact and lower intensity workout videos, moving through to Phase 2 where the workout videos are much faster and much higher in intensity. This is where you will achieve even greater levels of weight loss, strength and overall fitness.
From then, I encourage you to continue the program for another 12 weeks with the 7 minute add on workouts and the double up program.
You will also have access to delicious recipes, nutritional and mindfulness advice and ongoing support by me and other members in the Facebook FHIT community.
