Dani BarnesLauren’s style of training and motivation is actually the kind you don’t come across very often.
Yes she’s energetic, never gives up and encourages you all the way but the thing that struck me the most is how genuine she is! She really wants you to enjoy a fit life.

Even though you’re not in the room with her she has a way of making you answer her questions, keep up and feel like you are right next to her.
It doesn’t take long to get the exercises under your belt… and once that happens you get a real buzz achieving more and more each time! AND RESULTS WOO HOO!!

I’ve always found excuses not to exercise in the past, but I’ve got to say the convenience of having FHIT at the click of a button is working very nicely for me.

Thank-you Lauren for creating “FHIT” I absolutely LOVE it and would recommend it to anyone!!
